Lobster
Our sustaiably caught lobsters are caught within sight of Dunbar and are landed daily from our boat 'Tangaroa'.
Our lobsters are stored in our sea-water storage tank. This Innovative technology ensures that our lobsters are kept at an optimal temperature and have a regular supply of oxygenated water. This means customers can expect our produce to be as fresh as when it left the sea.

Mon - Fri: 09.30 - 11.30 am & 14.00 - 15.30 pm
Sat: 09.30 - 11.30 am
